Já na ponta oposta, a Hapvida continua em queda, com perda de 82 mil vidas em setembro, o que no acumulado do terceiro trimestre equivale a 163 mil usuários a menos. A Unimed-BH também perdeu, cerca de 2 mil vidas, em setembro.

Na Bradsaúde, houve incremento. Enquanto isso, a Saud e a PSSA já haviam divulgado seus resultados do terceiro trimestre deste ano. As novas vidas líquidas relatadas pela PSSA estavam bem alinhadas com os dados da ANS (50 mil versus 52 mil), enquanto a Saud apresentou uma divergência maior (49 mil relatadas versus 69 mil na ANS). O segmento odontológico continuou apresentando um crescimento excepcional, com a adição de 194 mil membros em setembro, liderado pela Amil, com 48 mil novas adesões líquidas.
