Na edição deste ano, houve 5 milhões de inscrições confirmadas, maior número desde 2020, quando o Ministério da Educação (MEC) deu isenção da taxa de inscrição devido à pandemia.
Alunos do terceiro ano do ensino médio da rede pública foram automaticamente inscritos no Enem, o que ajudou para aumentar a quantidade de interessados.
A taxa de inscrição para a prova foi de R$ 85. A maior parte dos participantes, 3,4 milhões, teve isenção da cobrança. Alunos do último ano do ensino médio de escolas públicas não precisaram pagar a tarifa.
O mesmo vale para estudantes com renda familiar de até 1,5 salário mínimo e beneficiados pelo programa Pé-de-Meia. Esse último grupo tem ainda um crédito de R$ 200 se realizar as duas provas do Enem.
Para este domingo (8), foram reservadas provas de linguagem e ciências biológicas, além da redação. Dos 5 milhões de alunos que confirmam presença na prova, 1,9 milhão são da rede pública.
O Estado de São Paulo reúne o maior volume, com quase 400 mil inscritos. Na sequência, vm Minas Gerais (185,2 mil) e Rio de Janeiro (126 mil).
