Ele declarou que todos os casos identificados foram praticados por apoiadores do candidato derrotado Flávio Bolsonaro (PL) contra pessoas que comemoravam a reeleição do presidente Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva (PT).

Boulos disse que, das 45 ocorrências, três indígenas foram mortos. Ele citou ainda sete casos de atropelamentos intencionais, 14 de agressões físicas, espancamentos e esfaqueamento; cinco de disparos e atentados com armas de fogo; cinco de violência e coação contra povos indígenas e seis casos de abuso de autoridade e violência policial.

Segundo o ministro, haverá um trabalho coordenado para viabilizar a punição dos agressores e a Polícia Federal (PF) vai atuar em casos de morte de indígenas, racismo e violência política de gênero.

Os cinco Estados que tiveram mais registros são: Paraná, São Paulo, Mato Grosso do Sul, Minas Gerais e Santa Catarina. Boulos disse que as investigações serão centralizadas na Procuradoria-Geral da República (PGR). Haverá também o acionamento de todas as corregedorias de polícias e dos ministérios públicos para identificar os policiais envolvidos. Os agentes serão afastados e punidos, segundo Boulos.

"Não haverá impunidade nesses casos. Isso é inadmissível. Nós vivemos um processo democrático e, como em toda eleição, um ganhou e outro perdeu. Isso não pode ser pretexto para cometimento de crimes, para agressões", afirmou o ministro.

Ele prestou solidariedade às famílias vítimas de homicídio. "É o nosso compromisso de que os agressores, os criminosos serão investigados e punidos por essa prática inaceitável da democracia brasileira", acrescentou.

O secretário-executivo do Ministério da Justiça e Segurança Pública (MJSP), Ademar Borges de Sousa Filho, disse que as medidas não se tratam da federalização dos casos, mas haverá uma atuação conjunta dos órgãos federais para aprimorar o fluxo de trabalho com a justiça. A Polícia Federal vai atuar em casos já estabelecidos em lei, como, por exemplo, relacionado ao Estado democrático de direito. Os crimes comuns (competência dos Estados) serão combatidos com articulação e coordenação, de acordo com autoridades do Ministério da Justiça.

O secretário-executivo da pasta declarou ainda que há registros de delitos no ambiente digital.

"Temos a suspeita de um grupo muito mais amplo de casos envolvendo diversas formas de violência e de ameaça, intimidação, diversos tipos penais e crimes que eventualmente foram cometidos neste contexto de intolerância política e de recusa ao resultado das eleições. Esses casos expressam crimes que têm eventualmente naturezas diversas. Alguns deles são crimes eleitorais, aqueles que foram cometidos no dia das eleições ou no período que antecedeu as eleições", afirmou Sousa Filho.

Ele defendeu ainda que, segundo o marco civil da internet, as plataformas têm obrigações de retirar, por conta própria, independentemente de notificação, a circulação de conteúdos que envolvam crimes de ódio.

"Essas falhas, se existirem e estão sendo identificadas, elas geram, segundo a decisão do Supremo e no decreto do presidente, responsabilidade civil direta das plataformas. E isso nós estamos atentos também a essas formas de intolerância e de criminalidade que circulam no ambiente digital", declarou Sousa Filho.
