Fundada em 1989, a Seguros Unimed atende sete milhões de segurados no Brasil, com seguros saúde, odontológico, de vida, patrimoniais e de responsabilidade civil profissional, além de previdência privada (aberta e fechada). Para ampliar as inscrições no Nascer Seguro, a Seguros Unimed usa a ANA para responder às dúvidas das gestantes, orientá-las durante a inscrição e colocá-las em contato com as equipes de cuidado, quando é necessário acompanhamento. Com a ANA operando na OCI, a Seguros Unimed captou mais de 2.500 gestantes no Nascer Seguro, reduziu em 81% o tempo dedicado pela equipe às atividades operacionais do processo de inscrição e alcançou um índice de satisfação de 97% entre as beneficiárias, de novembro de 2025 a julho de 2026.

"Nosso objetivo é garantir que mais gestantes tenham acesso ao acompanhamento desde o início da gravidez, quando o cuidado faz toda a diferença para a saúde da mãe e do bebê. Com a ANA, simplificamos a jornada de ingresso na linha de cuidado Nascer Seguro, ampliamos o alcance da iniciativa a mais beneficiárias e permitimos que nossa equipe de saúde dedique seu tempo integral ao acompanhamento clínico e personalizado delas", afirma Gustavo Gusso, superintendente de Rede e Atenção à Saúde na Seguros Unimed.

Para simplificar as inscrições no Nascer Seguro e dar à equipe do programa mais tempo para oferecer suporte clínico personalizado, a Seguros Unimed integrou a ANA ao WhatsApp. A ANA orienta as beneficiárias durante a inscrição em uma única conversa, confirmando dados cadastrais, verificando a elegibilidade, respondendo a dúvidas e conectando-as à equipe de saúde quando necessário. Além disso, com a incorporação da ANA à jornada de captação ativa, a taxa média de conversão em inscrições no Programa Nascer Seguro passou de cerca de 2% no modelo anterior para 27% entre novembro de 2025 e julho de 2026.

A ANA foi desenvolvida pela StaryaAI, fornecedora de uma plataforma de IA e membro da Categoria 1 do Oracle PartnerNetwork (OPN). A ANA opera no NebulaOS, plataforma proprietária de IA da StaryaAI, implantada na OCI. A StaryaAI usa o OCI Enterprise AI para fornecer infraestrutura gerenciada de modelos para a ANA, enquanto o OCI Kubernetes Engine permite a implantação escalável da plataforma. Para atender às necessidades de residência de dados e ajudar a cumprir os requisitos aplicáveis da Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados (LGPD) do Brasil, a ANA opera na região Oracle Cloud de São Paulo.
