Segundo a analista Sara Paixão, da InvestSmart XP, as perspectivas de desaceleração da economia em 2027 podem tornar as finanças das famílias ainda mais complicadas. “Um crescimento mais fraco [do PIB] pode afetar a geração de empregos e elevar o desemprego, comprometendo a capacidade de pagamento das famílias e dificultando a queda da inadimplência”, diz ela, destacando que fatores estruturais, como os juros elevados, têm pressionado os índices de atraso no pagamento de dívidas, apesar de programas de renegociação de débitos como o Desenrola.

Com a alta dos juros futuros nos últimos dias, os bancos que atuam com financiamento imobiliário começaram a aumentar as taxas. O Itaú Unibanco elevou a taxa mínima de 11,89% para 12,95% ao ano, mesmo caminho do Bradesco.
